To apply for the prepaid Visa or MasterCard, you must
be eighteen years or older and you must have a physical (not PO
Box) address in the United States. If under 18 years of age your
parent or guardian must apply for the card for you.
When you apply for a prepaid card, you will be asked
for your name, address, date of birth, social security number and
other personal information that will allow the Issuer to verify
your identity. It is reuired by the USA Patriot Act.
The no credit check prepaid card is not a credit card but works
just like one anywhere the Visa or MasterCard brand is accepted.
However, you can only use funds that have been deposited to the
card and are available for spending.
The no credit check prepaid card is a Visa or MasterCard stored
value card. It contains information about amounts that you can use
to purchase goods or services or to obtain cash. This information
is referred to as the "stored value" or the "value
stored" on your card.
